Escuchar al Istmo is a monthly internet show airing every 2nd Sunday on http://www.dublab.com. The show focuses on preserving music of Central America through evoking memory, storytelling and the sharing of personal music collections. Existing since 2025, Escuchar al Istmo aims to add awareness to the diverse and marginalized musical cultures that exist within the seven countries of the region. Hosted by Gabriel Vidal the founder of the Central American Sound Archive.
